Isn't the primary defense here going to be, "I was just kidding. I had no idea she would take me seriously...."??? Right? If you are a girl and this is a friend of yours and he says, "Go down to the north side, blow a few guys, charge $50 a shot and then give me $40" and you have never done this for him ever before, do you say, "Well, OK"? Then you lose your nerve and........call the cops?
